Jerry Glasser - Jerry has been heading up robotics teams in the Sacramento area for 8 years, 2 years at St. Francis High School and is now in his 6th year at Jesuit. Glasser is known for his memorable quotes, sense of humor, and commitment to academic and co-curricular excellence.

Jay Isaacs - A network engineer that has been with the team for 3 years, Jay joking calls himself “a general bum.” The reality is that he is a huge contributor to the team, working long hours on design, programming, and a host of other tasks that are involved in creating an R.O.V.

Gerry Maginnity - Gerry is our “people person,” organizing and coordinating the parent volunteers, making sure the team gets fed and everyone arrives to meetings on time. He has been working on the Jesuit team for nearly 5 years now.

Patrick Dills - The “Student C.E.O.” of the team, Patrick is the motor that keeps the gears turning. Responsible for setting the agenda and keeping things running smoothly, Dills also is incredibly skilled at C.A.D. and loves translating paper designs to 3D.

Matt Harrington - Matt is a senior at Jesuit High School and has been a member of the robotics team since his freshman year. He serves as co-webmaster and specializes in hearty laughs and funny jokes.

Jim McMonagle - Jim has been a member of the robotics team since his freshman year and is a senior at Jesuit. Jim is our second webmaster and enjoys exploring the wonders of the internet.

Jason Isaacs - A junior at Jesuit, Jason serves as co-captain here at Site 3 Engineering. In his spare time, Jason competes on a local swim team and messes with the insides of computers.

Eric Guess - The co-captain of the Jesuit robotics team, Eric is a junior and is loving his third year on the team. Eric is the head of several religious clubs and enjoys singing at choir concerts.

Andrew Patel - His second year on the robotics team, sophomore Andrew’s specialty is photography, documenting the design and construction of the R.O.V. Andrew enjoys singing, biking, and has found a new interest in theater.

David Huggins -A senior at Jesuit but a freshman on the robotics team, David acts as the head of public relations, acting as the handsome representative of the team. David is passionate about art, philosophy, and enjoys being with friends.

Steven Larsen - Larsen, a sophomore is in his second year on the team. He designed last years frame and thruster placement and has aided design of the frame as well as the custom thruster assemblies this year.

Jason Petersen - Jason “The Expert” is new to the team, but a veteran of Jesuit. A senior, he acts as editor for the technical report and website, performing “quality control” when needed. Additionally, he lends a hand by cracking jokes and keeping people laughing.

Jeremy Petersen - Brand new to the robotics team, sophomore Jeremy is a Jack-of-all-trades, lending a helping hand wherever one is needed. Jeremy is currently teaching himself guitar.

Loren McIntyre - The “smiling sophomore,” Loren is one of our better programmers. He enjoys coding functions on his calculator and finding ways to do complex tasks in a more efficient manner.

Thomas Jacobi - Jacobi, a junior, specializes in prop design, ensuring that pool testing will be as accurate as possible. His third year on the robotics team, Thomas loves to do origami whenever he can.

Joseph Maginnity - Joe is a sophomore at Jesuit and is in the midst of his second year on the robotics team. Joseph is a committed student who finds release by playing video games in his spare time.

E.J. Borg - A writer and genius C.A.D. programmer, E.J. spends most of his time in the back office testing the limits of our computers. E.J. loves biking and working with Photoshop.

Brendan L. O’Connell - Best known for his realistic hand-drawn rendering of R.O.V. components, Brendan is an invaluable member of our design team. Additionally, Brendan lends a hand milling parts and precisely working the band saw.

Uriah Mitchell - A sophomore at Jesuit, Uriah is the strong, silent member of our R.O.V. construction team. When he has time, Uriah enjoys acting in school plays, creating comic books, and maintaining the Jesuit student website.

John Taseff - A programming prodigy, Taseff is responsible for making sure the robot functions as we want it to. John likes to ski and wants to pursue a career in engineering.

Christopher Eur - Christopher is a freshman and is loving his first year on the robotics team. Chris lends a hand in the construction of the R.O.V. and is learning how to program the robot.

Brian Grau - A freshman, Brian enjoys programming on the side and is currently taking Geometry. He has yet to establish a legacy on the team, but is enjoying learning the ropes and finding out what we’re all about.
